You will be notified by e-mail if you are volunteering the
first three weeks.
Doors open at 8:45, teachers and volunteers are expected to be in class before the class is scheduled to begin.
Volunteers, we ask that you accurately mark the attendance sheets:
P=Present, A=Absent, T=Tardy
As a safety measure once attendance is taken please lock the classroom door.
Nursery is available for your younger children (newborns to three years old) while you are volunteering. Keep in mind that older siblings cannot visit or be in the nursery.
Dress Code: We ask that both parents and students wear proper attire while on campus.
Gentlemen: We ask that a belt be worn, if needed, so as not to reveal the elastic band of the underwear you are wearing. We ask that images and test on t-shirts be in keeping with good taste.
Ladies: We ask that moms and girls wear modest attire. Soffes,short shorts, and short skirts are not to be worn while on campus. No bare midriffs or spaghetti straps unless covered by an additional shirt or jacket that remains worn at all times. Please, no low cut shirts or tight fitting skirts, shorts, jeans or pants.
Skateboards, Heelys, rollerblades, etc. are to be left at home.
Electronic devices will be confiscated by the teacher if they are being used by the student while in class. You and your child may pick up the confiscated item in Room 6 at the end of your day at Enrichment.
Lunch can be eaten in Room 18, picnic area, and kitchen. Remind your children to pick up after themselves once they're done eating lunch.

Please help us keep the cost of air conditioning the classrooms down by maintaining the doors closed, especially during the ten minutes between classes.
All visitors are to stop by the Conference Room to be introduced/meet a Committee Member. A visitor name tag will be issued for the day.
Who is a visitor? Anyone not in regular attendance on Friday. A student's sibling may visit and be with their brother/sister during lunch and free periods but not in their class. All visitors are expected to follow PEP Guidelines while on the property.
